Research and Scholarship on International Service Learning
Year One of CSLRC Activities (2007-2008) - this section includes the research activities on international service learning (ISL) that has been conducted by the CSLRC, including: an edited book, International Service Learning: Conceptual Frameworks and Research (Stylus Publishing); two symposia of authors for ISL edited book; the “3rd Annual Conference on International Service Learning: Advancing Research and Practice” on February 29 – March 1, 2008; an ISL research bibliography; and a list of colleges and universities that engage in ISL.
Assessing Outcomes – Year Two of SLRC Activities (2008-2009) - this will include a link to the web portal and website on assessment and service learning research that is currently under development by the CSLRC and the National Service-Learning Clearinghouse)
Retention of First-Year and Minority Students (forthcoming) – Year Three of CSLRC Activities (2009-2010) - this will include a link to a section developed by the CSLRC regarding research and scholarship on retention at colleges and universities of first-year and minority students)
