Campus Compact National Office
Campus Compact is a national coalition of more than 1,100 college and university presidents — representing some 6 million students — dedicated to promoting community service, civic engagement, and service-learning in higher education.

Indiana Campus Compact                
Indiana Campus Compact (ICC) is a membership organization dedicated to the promotion of service-learning in higher education. Members include Indiana colleges and universities who commit their time and expertise to developing students as engaged civic participants. ICC facilitates this development by awarding sub-grants to students, faculty and staff who create projects, curriculum and programs that enhance both the pedagogical experience for each student and the community around us.

Center for Information and Research on Civic Learning and Engagement (CIRCLE)
CIRCLE (the Center for Information and Research on Civic Learning and Engagement) has moved to the Jonathan M. Tisch College of Citizenship and Public Service at Tufts University, boosting both institutions’ strength in the field of youth civic and political engagement. CIRCLE and Tisch College are two of the nation’s leading organizations devoted to researching civic and political engagement and developing young Americans into active and responsible citizens.

Compendium of Assessment and Research Tools (CART)
The Compendium of Assessment and Research Tools (CART) is a database that provides information on instruments that measure attributes associated with youth development programs. CART includes descriptions of research instruments, tools, rubrics, and guides and is intended to assist those who have an interest in studying the effectiveness of service-learning, safe and drug-free schools and communities, and other school-based youth development activities.

Community-Campus Partnerships for Health (CCPH)
Community-Campus Partnerships for Health (CCPH) is a nonprofit organization that promotes health (broadly defined) through partnerships between communities and higher educational institutions. Founded in 1996, we are a growing network of over 1,800 communities and campuses across North America and increasingly the world that are collaborating to promote health through service-learning, community-based participatory research, broad-based coalitions and other partnership strategies. These partnerships are powerful tools for improving higher education, civic engagement and the overall health of communities.

Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS)
The Corporation for National and Community Service was formed to engage Americans of all ages and backgrounds in service to meet community needs. Each year, more than 1.5 million individuals of all ages and backgrounds help meet local needs through a wide array of service opportunities. These include projects in education, the environment, public safety, homeland security and other critical areas through the Corporation's three major programs: Senior Corps, AmeriCorps, and Learn and Serve America.

International Association for Research on Service Learning and Community Engagement (IARSLCE)
The International Association for Research on Service-Learning and Community Engagement (IARSLCE) is an international, non-profit organization devoted to promoting research and discussion about service-learning and community engagement. IARSLCE was launched in 2005, and incorporated in 2007.

National Service-Learning Clearinghouse (NSLC)
Learn and Serve America's National Service-Learning Clearinghouse (NSLC) supports the service-learning community in higher education, kindergarten through grade twelve, community-based initiatives and tribal programs, as well as all others interested in strengthening schools and communities using service-learning techniques and methodologies. The Clearinghouse maintains a website with timely information and relevant resources to support service-learning programs, practitioners, and researchers. The Clearinghouse operates national email discussion lists for K-12, cbo, tribes and territories, and higher education service-learning to encourage discussion and exchange of ideas. The Clearinghouse also maintains an ever-growing library collection that is available to Learn and Serve America grantees and subgrantees.

Michigan Journal of Community Service Learning (MJCSL)
Since 1994, the Michigan Journal of Community Service Learning (MJCSL) has been the premiere national, peer-reviewed journal publishing articles written by faculty and service-learning educators on research, theory, pedagogy, and other issues related to academic (curriculum-based) service-learning in higher education.

Advances in Service-Learning Research
This book series will gather current research on service-learning in K-12 education, teacher education, and higher education. Along with chapters highlighting the findings of service-learning research studies, the book will include thought pieces that identify theoretical groundings of service-learning and present methodological approaches for studying service-learning (including teacher action research).

Research in Service Learning: Publishing Opportunities Resource List
This resource list was developed [and compiled by Gary Homana] as part of the Emerging Scholars in K–12 Service-Learning Research Seminar, held at the University of Maryland on June 14-16, 2007 and hosted by The Center for Information & Research on Civic Learning & Engagement (CIRCLE), University of Maryland; the Center for Youth
and Communities, Brandeis University; and the International Center for Research on Civic Engagement
and Service-Learning (ICR-CESL), University of California-Berkeley.

Submission criteria for ERIC database of research results
ERIC is actively seeking individual submissions of high-quality education-related materials for inclusion in the ERIC database. Types of materials appropriate for individual submission include research reports, conference papers and presentations, and dissertations and theses. ERIC does not accept lesson plans, blogs, or individual Web pages.

Journal of Community Engagement and Scholarship
The name of [this] new publication [through the University of Alabama] is the Journal of Community Engagement and Scholarship. It will address critical problems identified through community-based participatory research, a rapidly developing approach to cutting-edge scholarship in which students and community partners play important roles.

International Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (IJ-SoTL)
International Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching & Learning is an open, peer-reviewed, international electronic journal published twice a year by the Center for Excellence in Teaching at Georgia Southern University to be an international vehicle for articles, essays, and discussions about the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) and its applications in higher/tertiary education today. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process.

Journal of Community Engagement and Higher Education
 Introducing The Journal of Community Engagement and Higher Education: a new on-line, refereed journal examining perspectives, research, and practices of community engagement and community-based learning in higher education.
