Theory. Practice. Research. There is an ongoing need for information and resources to increase our knowledge of what practices in service and learning work best and why.
Publications are integral to the continued growth, legitimacy, and vibrancy of the service and learning field.
Familiarity with the literature base regarding service and learning is crucial for understanding what programs are most successful in engaging and transforming students. A commitment to service and learning research and to subsequent publication of the findings on a routine basis is a strong part of the culture at CSL.
