Date:
11/02/2019
Time:
2:15 PM
-
6:15 PM
Address:
2500 Churchman Ave Indianapolis, Indiana 46203 United States
Summary:
St. Elizabeth | Coleman is having an Adoption Awareness Month event with a family-friendly Fall Festival on Saturday, Nov. 2nd in our agency's backyard (at 2500 Churchman Ave.) Bring your family and friends and enjoy free activities, such as hayrides, face painting, games, and more. We will also offer food, smores and drinks for a small fee. Come and spend an afternoon with our staff; meet new and old friends and discover their connection to Adoption. Join us to bring together our adoption community. We have multiple opportunities to help with this event's success. Games: This position will require standing and resetting the games. Registration/Tickets/Guide: You will help families sign in and collect money for food tickets. Photography: Help take photos of the event, specifically at the pumpkin cut outs. Food Table: You will be helping Priscilla and John as needed. Silent Auction: Just watch the table, assist with any questions. Smore's Station: Assist families with making smore's. Hayride Monitor: This is a rotation volunteer position. We ask that if you sign up to volunteer, please be ready to show up at 2:15 PM to help set up assigned stations. If everyone could plan to pick up your stations at the end of the event, 6:00 PM, it would be a tremendous help. We should be done by 6:15 PM.
